Where is the lake of fire? I want to see it. I know about lava lakes (there is one in Eritrea; sometimes lava lakes form at Kilauea in Hawaii), but I’ve never heard of a lake of fire. Does it burn naturally? Or is it the result of chemicals added to the water? Or is the lake of fire actually a lava lake? There is no real combustion associated with volcanic vents, with the exception of volatile organics (trees;shrubs) that are ignited by the heat of a nearby lava source. So: Where is this lake?
